Is the “Bronx fairytale” between Cardi B. and Offset REALLY over? Couples go through ups and downs all the time but this time it’s unclear if it’s “over over,” or if they just aren’t feeling each other right now. Lets take a look at how it all began.
Cardi B. and Offset got close back in 2016 after they collaborated on her second mixtape, Gangsta Bitch Music Vol. 2. on the song “Lick.” This was their first song together and from day one, their chemistry was a bubble of love.
They let the world know that they are boo’d up during the 2017 Super Bowl. The two rappers were seen holding hands and looked pretty cozy!
By this time, Cardi or Offset didn’t confirm anything but people were speculating. They were always spotted together at big industry events. When on interviews, they both wouldn’t spill the beans! It wasn’t until June of 2017 that Cardi kind of gave clues, but she still wouldn’t confirm. She spoke highly of their friendship with The Fader, but still didn’t officially say.
For the 2017 BET Awards, people were expecting Cardi to come with Offset but they went separately. Shortly after the awards, Offset showered the future mother of his child with gifts, including $60 k bling!
