The sexual assault/rape allegations against Russell Simmons continue to surface and it’s not looking too good for him.
According to a lawsuit filed by 37 year-old Jennifer Jarosik, Simmons raped her at his home in Los Angeles in 2016.
Jarosik is requesting $5 million dollars for damages. She says she initially met with Simmons at his home to talk about a documentary but ended with him initiating sex.
When she refused, she claims he threw her down onto the bed, and raped her!
Russell Simmons denied these claims saying:
“I look forward to having my day in court — where, unlike the court of public opinion, I will have the ability to make use of fair processes that ensure that justice will be done and that the full truth will be known. I will not litigate this matter in the media. These horrific accusations have shocked me to my core and all of my relations have been consensual. “
