Megan Thee Stallion and her boat could very well be the great unifier when it comes to women rappers in hip hop.
Fans were very excited when an improptu Instagram Live with Megan Thee Stallion and Nicki Minaj turned into a collaboration on her next single appropriately titled “Hot Girl Summer.”
Fans have been divided ever since the artist’s appearance on Instagram, feeling like the Houston native chose sides between Nicki and her foe Cardi B. Megan is not with people trying to divide them up though.
“It’s really like a lot of the fans,” she said on E! News. “They really make it seem like you’re ‘picking sides.’ I really, really, really like both of them. They’re two different people, two different rappers. It’s not even the same. I feel like we need to stop trying to compare them. I love both of them, so I would definitely like to collab with Cardi too.”
We can’t wait to see that one!
With a bottle of D’usse becoming that great unifier, is it possible that Megan Thee Stallion could be the one to bring peace between Cardi B and Nicki?
