On October 6,th 12 year old rapper Lil C-Note was detained by police after selling CD’s at a mall in Georgia.
The police officer threatened the young rapper who appeared on the Ellen Show with going to jail/detention center while having a strong grip on his arm.
The police officer implemented even more force which led to the victim’s aunt pleading to let him go while recording the interaction on camera.
