This video is graphic, just know it’s disturbing. Now I will say the police had the right to defend them selves, especially after a car chase and dude getting out like he was filming the sequel to “HEAT”(Deniro/Pachino), but it’s really proof that IF you give them a legitimate excuse to kill you, they will not only kill you, they’ll kill you about 3 to 4 times :-/
