Kim Kardashian has signed Usher as the new face of her men’s underwear line in SKIMS. As part of SKIMS’s new menswear, Usher unveiled his underwear campaign on Monday (Feb. 5) via social media. In support of the campaign, SKIMS will host a limited-time listen of Usher’s upcoming album, Coming Home, on the official website

Kim Kardashian preview the line on her Instagram with the caption:

“@USHER in our most-wanted base layers. New SKIMS Mens Underwear drops Monday, February 12 at 9AM PT / 12PM ET.

Another juicy surprise: The Grammy-winning icon’s new album, COMING HOME, launches Friday, February 9 midnight EST worldwide and SKIMS is releasing an exclusive, limited edition digital download version with alternative album cover with bonus track “Naked,” available only on skims.com for 1 week.

Join the waitlist list to be the first to shop.”

The Usher-starring campaign was Shot by Donna Trope. Usher models two of the shapewear brand’s already-existing menswear collections: Skims Stretch, a collection of lightweight, ultra-soft pieces, and Skims Coon, a lineup of essentials built from a soft, mid-weight coon blend with built-in recovery. The new menswear collection features four new color options: Stone, Midnight Blue, Military, and Oxblood.

The menswear campaign is a perfect fit for Usher’s star power, as he would drive fans wild by stripping down to his boxer briefs during his sets while touring the world in the 2000s. He became the King of R&B with his classic albums such as My Way, 8701, and Confessions.

The peach in Usher’s campaign represents his Atlanta, Georgia roots and his upcoming album that features the fruit on the cover.

Previous SKIMS models include Ice Spice, SZA, and Cassie.

Kim Kardashian made a cameo in the announcement of Usher as the Super Bowl halftime show performer at this year’s Super Bowl LVIII. Usher also made a cameo in this season’s The Kardashians on Hulu.

Usher released his latest single, “Ruins,” featuring Pheelz on Friday (Feb. 2). Comin Home, Usher’s new album, drops Sunday, February 11, on all streaming platforms after his NFL Halftime Show performance at Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas.

After the Super Bowl, Usher will be celebrating the 20th anniversary of his diamond-selling album, Confessions, with a performance of the entire album at the sold-out Lovers & Friends Festival in Las Vegas on May 4.
